o Lunch provided on Saturday and Sunday and the designers will be joining you!
o Exclusive prize drawings / giveaways that will take place during lunch.
o Customized name badge.
o Swag (the type that our StitchFest Retreat attendees are accustomed to!)
o Show booklet with coupons with our exhibitors.
o Discount on all classes.
o Discount on designer kits (aka Round Robin).
o Discount on all purchases in the Stitching Bits and Bobs room.
VIP signups will end on September 25th to allow us time to prepare your swag and badges.

You can book your stay at the Embassy Suites for a discounted rate of $159 + tax for rooms with one king bed and $179 + tax for rooms with two queen beds. Each room can accommodate up to four guests at that rate - the extra guest charge has been waived! When booking please select only one or two guests. At check-in you can request up to four keys and add the names of any additional guests.

We understand that things happen! If you are not able to attend please let us know right away by giving us a call at 269-685-9418 or send us an email.
Cancellations made prior to September 1st will receive a refund minus the applicable credit card processing fee.
Cancellations made on or after September 1st will be non-refundable. However, you may transfer your spot to another stitcher.
Classes and Round Robins are non-refundable and kit(s) will be shipped to you immediately following the show.
